Jackson County Jail

my boyfriend is 16 soon to be 17 and he went to that jail on tuesday for grand theft auto and i dont know how long that hel be in there. i dont know anything bout that. so i thot that i would ask some one who has ben there bfore. i miss him like crazy and there trying him as an adult and that hurts me so much. i was just wanting some answers if you had them. hes basically all ive got and i need him here. bc i think that im pregnant...i just want him home. will they let him out at all? on paroll? or not? do u know how long that he will get? any idea? i need help......?

well hun he will have felony charge on him and if he hasn't been in trouble before he might get a lighter sentence. but it always dependes on the judge. i have a friend who is in prison for soething he didn't do and it was proven he didn't do it by a dr. but they still sentence him to 12yrs.. every time he goes for a retrial they deny him. so we just keep trying. but you need to go to planned parent hood and get your peg test and get things going for your self. you are the most important right now .he is safe even though it not going his way. If you are pregnant you need to think about what you need to do for you and the baby. he can't do anything for you and you can so take care of yourself and if you need to talk give me a email back .
